16Conduct of elections and polls for territorial authorities, local boards, and community boards

  1. Every election of 1 or more members of a territorial authority and its local boards and community boards (if any) or poll of electors of that territorial authority or those local boards or community boards must be conducted by an electoral officer as provided in section 15.
