The Commission has to make guidelines for territorial authorities and regional councils. You can find these guidelines when the Commission makes decisions under certain sections of the law, such as sections 19H to 19JB and Schedule 1A. The Commission sends these guidelines to every territorial authority and regional council and publishes a notice in the Gazette. The Commission can change or cancel these guidelines at any time. When they do, they must send the new guidelines to every territorial authority and regional council and publish another notice in the Gazette. You can look at the guidelines for free or buy a copy at a reasonable price. The Commission must make sure you can always look at the guidelines while they are in force. They must also make sure you can get a copy of the guidelines, either for free or for a reasonable price. This applies to any changes the Commission makes to the guidelines.
