19PObjections
If the territorial authority or regional council has, under section 19N(1)(a), amended the resolution made by it under section 19H, 19I, 19J, or 19JAA, any interested person or organisation (including a local board or community board) may lodge a written objection to the amended resolution at the principal office of the territorial authority or regional council on or before the date specified in the public notice, which date must be the same date as that specified for the closing of receipt of appeals under section 19O.
An objection lodged under this section must identify the matters to which the objection relates.
