77Approval of voting documents for use at elections and polls

  1. A voting document may not be used at an election or poll unless it is consistent with at least 1 of the general formats that have been approved for use by the Secretary for Local Government or a person appointed by the Secretary for the purpose of approving formats for voting documents under this section.
