44Application for registration as parliamentary elector

  1. Subsection (2) applies to any person who claims to be qualified as a parliamentary elector in respect of an address within the district of a territorial authority but whose name—

  2. does not appear on the electoral roll because it does not appear on the appropriate parliamentary roll; or
    1. is incorrectly recorded on the electoral roll; or
      1. is recorded on the electoral roll with an incorrect address or occupation.
        1. Any person to whom this subsection applies may make application for registration or correction of registration as a parliamentary elector in the form prescribed by the Electoral Act 1993 or by regulations made under that Act.
