When a territorial authority or regional council makes a resolution under section 19H, 19I, 19J, or 19JAA, they must send a copy of that resolution to certain people. You send it to the Commission, the Surveyor-General, the Government Statistician, and the Remuneration Authority. If a regional council makes the resolution, they must also send a copy to every territorial authority in their region.
