7Meaning of motor vehicle trader

  1. In this Act, motor vehicle trader

  2. means any person who carries on the business of motor vehicle trading (whether or not that person carries on any other business); and
    1. includes—
        1. an importer:
          1. a wholesaler:
            1. a car auctioneer:
              1. a car consultant.
