31Application: general

  1. An application for registration must be made to the Registrar in the prescribed form.

      1. An application must be accompanied by—

      2. a statutory declaration made by,—
        1. in the case of an application made by an individual, that person; or
          1. in the case of an application made by a company, each person concerned in the management of that company; and
          2. the prescribed application fee; and
            1. the levy imposed under section 143 (if any).

              1. A statutory declaration must state that the person making the declaration is not disqualified from registration as a motor vehicle trader in his or her own right.
