117Penalties for offences under sections 98, 103, and 104

  1. A person convicted of an offence under any of the provisions listed in subsection (2) is liable,—

  2. in the case of an individual, to a fine not exceeding $20,000; or
    1. in the case of a company, to a fine not exceeding $40,000.
      1. The provisions are—

      2. section 98 (which relates to employing or engaging a banned person):
        1. section 103 (which relates to failing to pay money to a principal in accordance with section 19):
          1. section 104 (which relates to failing to provide an account in accordance with section 20).
