109Offence to obstruct inspection

  1. A person commits an offence if the person—

  2. resists, obstructs, deceives, or attempts to deceive any person who is exercising or attempting to exercise any power or function under section 125; or
    1. fails to comply in any respect with any requirement under section 125; or
      1. gives to any person who is exercising or attempting to exercise any power or function under section 125 any particulars knowing that those particulars are false or misleading in any material respect, or being reckless as to whether those particulars are so false or misleading.
        1. The penalty on conviction for an offence against this section is set out in section 116.
