58Search purposes

  1. A search of the register may be carried out only by the following persons for the following purposes:

  2. an individual, or a person with the consent of the individual, for the purpose of searching for information about that individual:
    1. a person for the purpose of determining—
      1. who is responsible for a motor vehicle trading business:
        1. how to contact a motor vehicle trader registered under this Act:
          1. whether or not a person is registered as a motor vehicle trader under this Act.
