You can go to the District Court if you need to sort out a problem with a ban ordered by the court. The court can decide you get back some of the money you spent on the case. The court will say how much money you get and who pays it. You can get the money the court says you should get from the other person in the case. This is like getting back a debt that the other person owes you. The court's decision is what decides who pays the money.
