34Acceptance of application

  1. The Registrar must accept an application for registration if the Registrar is satisfied that—

  2. one of the following circumstances applies:
    1. if the application is made by an individual, that person is not disqualified from registration:
      1. if the application is made by a company, that company and each person concerned in the management of that company are not disqualified from registration; and
      2. the application is properly completed.
        1. An application is properly completed only if it complies with section 31 and includes all of the matters required by section 32.
