55Alterations to register

  1. The Registrar may, at any time, make any amendments to the register that are necessary to—

  2. reflect any changes in the information referred to in section 54; or
    1. correct a mistake caused by any error or omission on the part of the Registrar or any person to whom the Registrar has delegated his or her functions, duties, or powers.
