The Governor-General can make regulations for the Motor Vehicle Sales Act 2003. You need to know what these regulations are about. They can be about things like forms, fees, and how to pay them. The Governor-General can also make regulations about registers or lists that the Registrar keeps. This includes how to use them and who can access them. You can find more information about secondary legislation in Part 3 of the Legislation Act 2019. The regulations can also cover other matters that are necessary for the Act to work properly. These regulations are a type of secondary legislation, which has its own publication requirements.
