Banning: List of banned persons

75Contents of list

  1. The list must contain all of the following information about every banned person:

  2. in the case of an individual, the full name, last known residential address, last known email address, and date of birth of that person:
    1. in the case of a company,—
      1. the name of the company; and
        1. the address of the company's registered office; and
          1. the unique number assigned to the company on its incorporation; and
            1. the full name, last known residential address, last known email address, and date of birth of each person concerned in the management of the company:
            2. if applicable, the registration number or other unique identifier provided to the person on registration under section 36:
              1. if applicable, the trading name of the person's motor vehicle trading business:
                1. the period of the ban:
                  1. the reason for the ban:
                    1. in the case of a person who is banned under section 69, any terms or conditions imposed by the District Court or, as the case may be, the High Court:
                      1. any other particulars that may be prescribed.
