You commit an offence if you wilfully insult or obstruct a Disputes Tribunal or its people. You also commit an offence if you insult or obstruct people at a Tribunal sitting. You can be in trouble if you interrupt or misbehave at a Tribunal sitting. You can get in trouble if you disobey a Tribunal order without a good reason. The penalty for this offence is set out in section 116A. A Tribunal can exclude you from a sitting if your behaviour is bad. A Tribunal or constable can take steps to enforce your exclusion from a sitting. This means they can make you leave if you are being disruptive. You must follow the rules at a Tribunal sitting.
