129Restriction on disclosure of information from inspection

  1. A person must not communicate to any person any information acquired in the course of an inspection except—

  2. in accordance with section 128; or
    1. for the purposes of this Act; or
      1. in accordance with the Official Information Act 1982 or the Privacy Act 2020; or
        1. for the purposes of any court proceedings; or
          1. for any purposes that may be specified in any other Act.
