74Purpose of list

  1. The purpose of the list is—

  2. to enable a member of the public to determine whether or not a person is a banned person; and
    1. to prevent banned persons from participating in the motor vehicle trading industry; and
      1. to facilitate the Ministry's enforcement, compliance, audit, and other supporting and administrative functions under this Act.
