10Motor vehicle traders must be registered

  1. A person must not, unless the person is registered as a motor vehicle trader under this Act,—

  2. carry on the business of motor vehicle trading; or
    1. hold out that the person is a motor vehicle trader.
      1. If 2 or more persons carry on the business of motor vehicle trading in partnership, or otherwise in conjunction with one another, each of those persons must be registered.
