122Purpose of disclosure of information by Ministry of Transport

  1. The purpose of section 123 is to facilitate the disclosure of information from the Ministry of Transport to the Registrar for the purposes of—

  2. identifying any person who sells more than 6 motor vehicles during a specified period; and
    1. determining whether or not that person is, or should be, a banned person or registered as a motor vehicle trader under this Act.
