You must tell the Registrar in writing if your circumstances change. You have 10 working days to do this after the change happens. This applies to you if you are applying to be registered, renewing your registration, or are already a registered motor vehicle trader. You need to tell the Registrar about any change in the information you provided under section 31, 32, or 39. This also includes anything that would stop you from being registered. You must also tell the Registrar about any other changes that are prescribed. You have to give the Registrar written notice of these changes. This is so the Registrar has the most up-to-date information about you. You must do this within 10 working days of the change happening.
