95Offence to carry on business of motor vehicle trading or to hold out to be motor vehicle trader unless registered

  1. A person commits an offence if the person, without being registered under this Act,—

  2. carries on the business of motor vehicle trading; or
    1. holds out that the person is a motor vehicle trader.
      1. The penalty on conviction for an offence against this section is set out in section 118.
