61Functions of Registrar

  1. The functions of the Registrar are—

  2. to establish and maintain a register of motor vehicle traders; and
    1. to enter the name of a motor vehicle trader on the register and to issue a certificate of registration under section 36; and
      1. to cancel the registration of a motor vehicle trader under section 42; and
        1. to perform any other functions conferred on the Registrar by this Act.
