41Removal from register

  1. The Registrar must remove a motor vehicle trader's name from the register if the Registrar—

  2. cancels that motor vehicle trader's registration in accordance with section 42; or
    1. records the surrender of that motor vehicle trader's registration in accordance with section 48; or
      1. records the expiry of that motor vehicle trader's registration in accordance with section 50.
