If an interim order is made, the Registrar must do certain things. You will have your name entered on the register if you are appealing a decision to refuse your registration. The Registrar will also keep or put back your name on the register if you are appealing a decision to cancel your registration. The Registrar needs to know about the interim order to do their job. The court Registrar must send a copy of the order to the Registrar as soon as possible. This helps the Registrar fulfil their duties. You can expect the Registrar to follow these steps when an interim order is made. The Registrar's actions depend on the type of appeal you are making. The court Registrar's role is to send the order to the Registrar.
