60Offences relating to suspension and termination orders

  1. An industry participant commits an offence, and is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $20,000, if it fails to comply with—

  2. a suspension order or a termination order; or
    1. any direction or arrangement made by the Rulings Panel under the regulations in relation to a suspension order or a termination order.
