131A: Application of electricity industry legislation to secondary networks

You could also call this:

“Rules for smaller electricity networks that aren't directly connected to the main power grid”

This law explains how electricity rules apply to secondary networks. If you run a secondary network, you need to follow the same rules as companies that distribute electricity directly from the main power grid.

A secondary network is equipment used to move electricity that’s not directly connected to the main power grid. If you operate a secondary network and provide services similar to regular electricity distributors, you’re called a secondary network provider.

The law says that all the rules for the electricity industry also apply to secondary network providers. This means you have to follow the same regulations and codes as regular electricity distributors, even though your network is indirectly connected to the main grid.
