If you want to apply for a review, there is a deadline to lodge your application. The deadline is the end of ordinary office hours on a certain day. This day depends on your situation. If you need permission from the Secretary to apply for a review, the deadline is the end of ordinary office hours on the later of two days: the fifth working day after the Secretary grants you permission, or the 30th working day after the Classification Office's decision is entered in the register as required by section 39. In other cases, the deadline is the end of ordinary office hours on the 30th working day after the Classification Office's decision is entered in the register as required by section 39. You should check the relevant sections, such as section 48(1)(b) and section 47(2)(e), for more information.
