165Proceedings before High Court or Court of Appeal

  1. For the avoidance of doubt, it is hereby declared that section 22 of the Acts Interpretation Act 1924 applies in respect of any proceedings under Part 4 of the Video Recordings Act 1987 that are pending before the High Court or the Court of Appeal at the commencement of this section.
