177Expiry of section 176

  1. Section 176 shall expire with the close of 31 March 1999, and on 1 April 1999—

  2. section 176 shall be deemed to have been repealed; and
    1. any regulations made under section 149 pursuant to any power conferred by section 176 shall be deemed to have been revoked.
