64Dismissal of appeal

  1. The High Court may dismiss any appeal under section 58

  2. if the appellant does not appear at the time appointed for the hearing of the appeal; or
    1. if the appellant does not prosecute the appeal with all due diligence and any other party applies to the court for the dismissal of the appeal.
