133Contravention of serial publication order

  1. A person commits an offence who fails to comply with section 37(5) or (6).

  2. A person who commits an offence against subsection (1) is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding,—

  3. in the case of an individual, $3,000; or
    1. in the case of a body corporate, $10,000.
