133AContravention of interim restriction order

  1. A person commits an offence who, having knowledge of an order made in respect of a publication under section 49(3)(a) or 67(3)(a), fails to comply with that order.

  2. A person commits an offence who, having knowledge of an order made in respect of a publication under section 49(3)(b) or (c) or 67(3)(b) or (c),—

  3. fails to comply with that order; or
    1. delivers the publication to any other person with the intention that it be dealt with by any person in contravention of the order.
      1. A person who commits an offence under subsection (1) or (2) is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding,—

      2. in the case of an individual, $3,000; or
        1. in the case of a body corporate, $10,000.
