134Obstruction of Inspector

  1. Every person commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $1,000 who—

  2. obstructs an Inspector in the performance of that Inspector's duties under this Act; or
    1. fails to comply with any requirement of an Inspector under subsection (4) of section 106, otherwise than on the ground set out in subsection (5) of that section.
