When you are appointed as an Inspector, the Secretary will give you a warrant. This warrant says you can use the powers given to Inspectors in sections 106 to 108. The warrant has your name and the powers you can use, as stated in section 106. If you show your warrant, it proves you are an Inspector. You can also show you are a constable as proof. This proof is enough for you to do what the Act says you can do. If you stop being an Inspector and you are not a constable, you must give your warrant back to the Secretary.
