When you want to review a film, video, or publication, there are rules to follow. You usually can't talk to the Board in person or make submissions to them. The Board is a group of people who decide how films, videos, and publications should be classified. You can make written submissions to the Board if you are the person asking for the review, or if you were part of a proceeding mentioned in section 47(2)(c), or if you can show the Board that their decision will affect you. The Board can decide to hold a hearing where people can talk to them in person, and at this hearing, you can be represented by a lawyer or someone else who is allowed to speak for you, if the Board says it's okay.
