162Videos before labelling body

  1. Where, before the commencement of this section, an application has been made under section 12 of the Video Recordings Act 1987 for the issue of a label in respect of any video recording and, at the commencement of this section, the labelling body under that Act has not issued a label under section 13 of that Act in respect of that video recording,—

  2. the application shall be determined under this Act as if it were an application made under section 9; and
    1. the labelling body under the Video Recordings Act 1987 shall forthwith forward to the labelling body under this Act all material in its possession that relates to the application.
