When an interim restriction order is made, you will see it published in the Gazette. You will also see it advertised in a way that the High Court or a Judge decides. The person who asked for the order must tell certain people or groups about it. If you get a notice about an interim restriction order, you must tell others who have the publication. You should do this as soon as you can if you have given the publication to someone else to distribute, exhibit, or supply. You must pass on the notice to that other person if it is practical to do so. The court or Judge will decide who should be told about the interim restriction order and how they should be told. They will also decide how the order should be advertised. This is how you will know about an interim restriction order and what you must do if you get a notice about it.
