158Restriction orders deemed to be serial publication orders

  1. Every restriction order made under section 15A of the Indecent Publications Act 1963 that is in force immediately before the date of the commencement of this section—

  2. shall be deemed to be a serial publication order made under section 37 on terms that correspond as near as may be to the terms of the order immediately before that date; and
    1. unless it is sooner revoked under this Act, shall expire on the date on which the order would have expired if this Act had not been passed.
