When you ask for a review under this Part, it will happen as soon as possible. You will get a new look at the publication by the Board, and they will not think about what the Classification Office said before. The Board will look at any publication sent to them under section 47 to decide its classification. When the Board decides the classification of a publication, they will think about the things mentioned in sections 3 to 3D. They will make their decision based on these things.
