When you examine a film to decide if it is suitable for people to watch, you must consider the soundtrack if it is meant to be played with the film. The soundtrack is the music, voices, and sounds that go with the film. You will look at what the soundtrack says and how it relates to the film, as part of checking the film under section 23.
