Part 7ATake-down notices for objectionable online publications

119BApplication of Part and regulations

  1. This Part and any regulations made under section 149(1)(ab) apply to—

  2. individuals in New Zealand (the public); and
    1. online content hosts that provide services to the public regardless of whether an online content host is resident or incorporated in New Zealand or outside New Zealand.
