149CDispute does not suspend obligation to pay levy

  1. A dispute about the validity of a levy or the provider’s liability to pay a levy does not suspend—

  2. the obligation of the provider to pay the levy; or
    1. the right of the Classification Office to receive and recover the levy (or act under section 149D or 149E).
