56Reconsideration of decisions referred under section 41(3)

  1. Where, under section 41(3), a court refers to the Board for reconsideration any decision of the Board in respect of any publication, the Board shall carry out that reconsideration as if it were a review of that publication under section 52, and the provisions of sections 53 to 55, so far as they are applicable and with the necessary modifications, shall apply with respect to any such reconsideration.
