46BExtraterritorial application to specified CVoD providers

  1. This Act, and any regulations made under it, apply in respect of commercial video on-demand content that is made available in New Zealand by a specified CVoD provider, regardless of whether the provider is resident or incorporated in New Zealand or outside New Zealand.
