This Act does not limit or affect any person’s obligations under another enactment (for example, the Resource Management Act 1991, the Exclusive Economic Zone and Continental Shelf (Environmental Effects) Act 2012, or the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015).
Any requirement under this Act for a person to supply information does not replace or limit any requirement for that person to supply information under other provisions of this Act or another enactment.
