151Offence for failing to provide information

  1. A person commits an offence if, without reasonable excuse, they contravene, or permit the contravention of, a requirement from the Minister or an enforcement officer to provide information under section 104.

  2. A person who commits an offence against this section is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $20,000.
