If a permit is going to be revoked, the Minister must tell the permit holder in writing. The Minister must explain why they want to revoke the permit and ask the permit holder to write back with their thoughts. You will have at least 40 working days to give the Minister your thoughts after you get the notice.

The notice from the Minister must say why they want to revoke the permit and when you need to get back to them. You can write to the Minister to tell them what you think about the permit being revoked. The Minister will look at what you say before making a decision about the permit.
