If you get approval for a change of significant influence, you must tell the Minister as soon as possible if your circumstances change in a way that might affect their decision. This is about the things mentioned in section 48. The Minister can cancel their approval at any time if they find out something new that changes their mind about the things in section 48. You should be aware that the Minister's decision can change if new information comes up during the approval period.
